What a worst management it was and room service. First while negotiating they offered us complimentary ground access which we all were excited for months. And when we reached the place they actually dug up the ground making it inaccessible. Didn't make dinner for quite a long time. Closed up the indoor games rudely despite all the bad service. The bathroom exhaust was not working making the whole room smell like shit . Also when we entered through their main gate , the main heavy gate closed on our new car damaging it badly. Even the car incident has occurred multiple times as they said but still they haven't put any proper gate stopper there.
Our experience is here was so good and food and hospitality was awesome. The staffs is here were very polite and good environment so you can come with your family and friends here for weekend get away and have some nice time. Greenery scenes and nice indoor games as well.
We celebrated our grandmother’s 75th birthday at Grand Arena! All our guests loved the food, ambience and the great service. Many of them are planning to come back for a weekend to enjoy the many facilities at Grand Arena! The staff took great care of the arrangements, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. A great place to celebrate a family gathering, big and small!
I took around 35 of near and dear ones to the Grand Arena Sports County Resort for overnight stay and it has been a wonderful experience - very good resort and activities. Special mention about Food - we were promised good food and the promise was delivered !! Everyone liked the taste and service of food staff.Special attractions in Indoor games (bowling), outdoor games (cricket net pitches).While the swimming pool needs little improvement (quantity of water), the facility itself is very good and has clean changing rooms.Overall - worth the money spent there !
I recently stayed at the Grand Arena Sports County resort in Hyderabad and was thoroughly impressed. The location is beautiful and serene, perfect for a relaxing retreat. The food was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options. The resort offers fantastic recreational facilities, including a well-maintained cricket ground, a refreshing swimming pool, and a variety of indoor games like bowling, table tennis, carrom, and air hockey. The staff were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. Overall, Grand Arena Sports County is a superb destination for both relaxation and fun.
